This Privacy Policy explains how 7UNIVERSITY LLC, doing business as SKYO ("SKYO," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit skyo.store (the "Site") or place an order. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment details, order history, and any information you submit in customer service messages or reviews), and information collected automatically when you use the Site (device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage and analytics data).
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about orders and customer service, send marketing communications you've opted into, prevent and investigate fraud, improve and operate the Site, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal), shipping and fulfillment carriers, email/SMS marketing platforms, and analytics and advertising providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality (e.g., cart and checkout), remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Where required by law, we present a cookie notice and honor the choices you make through it. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
If you opt in to email or SMS marketing, we use your contact information to send you promotions, product updates, and cart reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to an order you've placed.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to service your orders, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment card information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — SKYO does not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
We serve customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Union. Wherever you are, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where our systems and service providers operate and where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are in the UK, Switzerland, or the EU, you keep the rights described in section 8, and you can exercise them at any time by contacting support@skyo.store.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your visit or order governs. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date below.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of skyo.store (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by 7UNIVERSITY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (File No. 10562197), with its registered address at 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("SKYO," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site or place an order.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that transaction. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation for that order, not upon order or payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, suspected reseller activity, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of product, and to issue a full refund in that case.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced; if we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before charging or shipping and may cancel and refund the order. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal and major credit/debit cards processed through Shopify Payments.
Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our products are activewear apparel. They are not medical devices, and nothing published on the Site — including product descriptions, marketing content, or customer reviews — constitutes medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to display settings.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to SKYO and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content to us (including via product reviews, social media tags, or direct submission) ("User Content"), you grant SKYO a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that User Content in any media, including our website, marketing, advertising, and social channels, without additional compensation to you. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license for any content you submit.
By providing your phone number or email and opting in, you consent to receive marketing text messages and emails from SKYO, including cart reminders and promotions. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks for goods you have received as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKYO and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier delays, customs delays, or other events of force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver: You and SKYO agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Neither you nor we may participate in a class action against the other.
Jury Trial Waiver: You and SKYO waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute covered by this section.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@skyo.store with your name, order number (if any), and a clear statement that you wish to opt out, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold SKYO, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any third-party right.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKYO regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
California residents have certain rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every order placed on skyo.store.
Standard tracked shipping is free on every SKYO order, with no minimum spend and no threshold to hit. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery: nothing. Where it's available, we also offer an optional paid Priority Dispatch upgrade at checkout for orders that need to leave our warehouse faster — it's entirely optional, and standard shipping stays free either way.
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and all 27 countries of the European Union — around 30 countries in total. You can see every country we serve in the country selector on our website; if your country appears there, we deliver to you and shipping is free. If it doesn't appear, we can't deliver there yet. Deliveries to remote areas and islands may take longer than the estimates below.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@skyo.store and we will arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
Every order ships tracked, and the tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update with the first scan. Your parcel is insured by us for the whole journey: if it is lost in transit or never arrives, we reship it or refund you in full — you are never left out of pocket for a parcel that didn't reach you.
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or more, or your parcel is stuck in customs or with the carrier, email support@skyo.store with your order number. We chase the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated until it's resolved. You don't need to contact the carrier yourself.
Import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. In most cases nothing further is due, but where a customs charge does apply to your parcel it is set by your local authorities and is the recipient's responsibility. If you're ever asked for an unexpected customs payment, email support@skyo.store with your order number before paying anything and we'll help you sort it out.
To change or cancel an order, email support@skyo.store with your order number before it ships. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and falls under our Refund Policy.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or requires reshipment due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment, or may receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Title to items and risk of loss transfer to you upon our carrier's confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open a carrier investigation; see our Refund Policy for the process.
If we're unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund or continue waiting for shipment, consistent with FTC mail-order rules.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items, and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Charges from your order will appear on your bank or card statement under SKYO or SKYO.STORE. If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can resolve most questions within one business day.

Ordered the wrong size? Try your SKYO on the moment it arrives — that's the whole point of the Instant Fit Guarantee. If the size is off, your first exchange is free: send us clear photos with the tags still attached, we ship the new size, and you send back the original. No fees on your first exchange.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund of the product price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner intact, in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Returns are free: we cover return shipping with one prepaid label per order. If you send further items back from the same order after that label has been used, return shipping is at your own cost. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we always cover return shipping in full, and it never counts against your free label.
We refund the price paid for the returned item(s), including any sales tax. We process your refund within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, and you'll get an email the moment we do. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes another 5 to 10 business days to post the money back to your original payment method.
Exchanges are available on any item within the 30-day window, for a different size or a different colour of the same style, subject to availability. Your first size exchange is free under the Instant Fit Guarantee above. Email support@skyo.store with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll arrange it. If the replacement costs more than the original item, we'll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
If you return part of a bundle or multi-item promotional offer (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free"), the remaining kept items are repriced at their individual, non-promotional rate, and your refund is adjusted accordingly.
Items marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during a marked clearance/outlet promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, email support@skyo.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will resolve it with a free replacement or a full refund, and this does not count against your Instant Fit Guarantee or your 30-day return.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will open a claim with the carrier and ask for your cooperation (e.g., confirming the delivery address, checking with neighbors/household, providing any additional information the carrier requests) before a replacement or refund is issued. Once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, risk of loss transfers to the customer per our Shipping Policy.
Almost everyone plays completely fair, so this part is just here for the rare exception. The Instant Fit Guarantee is one free use per order and isn't transferable, and we may limit or decline exchanges and returns in clear cases of misuse — for example worn, washed, or altered items, missing tags, packaging or hygiene liner, or return patterns that don't match genuine personal use. It simply keeps the guarantee generous and our prices low for everyone who plays by the rules.
If anything ever goes wrong with your order, just email support@skyo.store first — we sort these out quickly and happily. Opening a bank dispute or chargeback before giving us the chance to help, or after you've already received an exchange or refund, isn't necessary and is treated as outside these terms; we keep your delivery confirmation and order records on file so we can resolve any dispute fairly.
You may cancel your order for a full refund, free of charge, any time before it is handed off to the carrier. Email support@skyo.store immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@skyo.store first — we resolve the large majority of issues within one business day. Filing a chargeback for an item you have received as described, without first giving us the chance to make it right, may be treated as payment fraud and can result in a permanent ban from future orders and contest of the dispute with your bank using our shipping, delivery, and communication records.
